Manroland service team has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a ROLAND 700 Evolution 8-color coating printing press at Wenzhou Bojie Packaging, marking a significant upgrade in the company’s high-end printing and packaging capabilities.
To ensure rapid production readiness, the installation and commissioning were carried out efficiently, with engineers focusing on precise mechanical alignment, system calibration, printing pressure adjustment, and coating process optimization. The press was integrated smoothly into Bojie Packaging’s production workflow, enabling stable operation and consistent output quality.
As a flagship platform, the ROLAND 700 Evolution supports higher productivity through integrated multi-process printing and coating, reducing the need for secondary handling and improving turnaround times. With a maximum speed of 18,200 sheets per hour, advanced automation features, and non-stop delivery systems, the press delivers measurable gains in operational efficiency.

The system also enhances print quality through improved dampening technology that ensures accurate registration and color consistency at high speeds. Its coating and UV/LED-UV capabilities support premium packaging applications while reducing energy consumption and enabling faster curing.
In addition, optimized feeder systems, controlled ink management, and reduced consumable usage contribute to improved cost efficiency. The installation strengthens Bojie Packaging’s competitive position in the high-end packaging segment by combining productivity, quality, and cost control in a single platform.
